The hiring landscape in Chicago and Northwest Indiana is a complex one, so our team’s primary goal is always to ensure that you have a job teaching in front of kids from day 1 of the school year! However, we must simultaneously balance the goals of meeting the needs of our partner schools and ensuring that you are hired in a school that is a good match for you.

 

This year, our team entirely reimagined what the hiring process could look like, in response to feedback from current corps members, alumni, and partners. We are excited to work together with you through this new process to get you hired by the first day of school!
